Job Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a crucial role in driving our growth and expanding our reach. Their primary purpose is to identify and unlock new business opportunities, ultimately leading to increased revenue and profitability . BDM works exclusively to support the mission of our customers, map key scenarios to the digital transformation strategy, understand and translate the mission priorities and desired outcomes, and orchestrate resources in the customer’s digital journey. Essentially, a BDM is the front-line driver of business growth. They’re the “hunter” who brings in new revenue streams and builds lasting relationships with clients. BDE is the owner of the Information Technology Decision Maker (ITDM) relationship and acts as a Sales.

Primary Responsibilities
  • A forum to leverage your technical and business development expertise and customer engagement acumen.
  • Authorization to make major disruptions and changes to the strategic IT roadmap of our customers to enable transformative solutions and services.
  • An opportunity to drive your customers to transform and operate in new and transformational ways.
  • The chances to inspire and lead teams of deep technology experts from the customer, partner, and Microsoft.
  • Drive a trusted relationship with the customer.
Job Priorities
  • Own, manage and develop the technical business relationship with the CIO/CTO of the customer.
  • Lead the translation of the customer’s desired mission.
  • Lead the technical and business development delivery by motivating and inspiring all technical resources involved in delivering the customer’s mission.

  • Craft compelling pitches and presentations to showcase the company’s products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Nurture existing relationships with satisfied clients to upsell or cross-sell additional offerings.
  • Provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback and market insights to inform future business strategies.
